1. Offer "Basic price":
- more than 30 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 30€
- 15 - 29 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total price of booked services
- 14 and less days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price of booked services
Changing the date is possible depending on capacity after agreement withthe reception, in some cases a surcharge may be required.

2. Offer "Non-refund price":
- the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price of booked services

3. Offer "Flexible price"
- 3 and more days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 50% of the total price of booked services
- 2 and less days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price of booked services
