Cancellation conditions

Welcome to My Home!

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.
Less than 30 days before arrival 50% of the value of your reservation will be charged.
Less than 15 days before arrival 100% of the value of your reservation will be charged.

These cancellation conditions are not valid for 'non-refundable' reservations.
It is not possible to cancel or change non-refundable bookings.
100% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

The payment of the stay is made at the time of booking, unless otherwise stated.

In case of disputes, only the court of Veurne is competent.
A reservation request by the client must always be confirmed by Mon chez toi.
Without confirmation the reservation is not valid.
If the price mentioned in a reservation is incorrect, Mon chez toi reserves the right to change the price. Mon chez toi reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Mon chez toi cannot be held responsible for any form of direct, indirect or incidental damage due to the misuse of our website.

Pets are not allowed.

Arrival - Check-in
From 14:00 on the day of arrival
Mon chez toi must be informed in case of late arrival.

Departure - Check-out
We ask you to leave the room before 10.00 am on the day of departure. After this time and before 12.00 noon, a € 50 fee will be charged. After 12.00 noon, an additional night will be charged.

Stay

Guests must be at least 18 years old to register.
The client is responsible for all damage to buildings, furniture or third parties caused by the client or an accompanying person.
If the client causes damage to the movable and immovable property of Mon Chez Toi, he/she must, upon request by Mon Chez Toi, pay for it before departure.
All flats are non-smoking areas. The client will be charged a minimum of € 150 for each violation.
Parties and events are not permitted.
Guests must avoid making noise between 22:00 and 8:00.
