General Policy

Attention: Due to Coronavirus we had to shorten our check-in time window.
Check-in time: 1pm to 6pm. Our front desk will close at 7pm.
Please contact us if you are not able to check-in before then.

Check-out time: Until 10am.

No curfew time - Please be considerate of others when coming back late.
Luggages can be stored before / after check-in for free. Long term luggage storage is available at 500 ¥ a day.
Children under 5 are accepted free of charge when sharing a bed with an adult.

Cancelation Policy


Free refund up to 7 days before date of arrival.
No refunds for cancelation less than 7 days before date of arrival.
