Cancellation of your booking free of charge is only possible up to 14 days before arrival.

After that, the following cancellation conditions apply:
From the 13th day until 6 days before the start of the journey 50%, from 5 days and in case of no-show or early departure, 90% of the booked service.

1) The general terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between the guest / tenant and the host / landlord and are deemed accepted by you with the booking.
2) The accommodation agreement has been concluded as soon as rooms have been ordered and accepted and confirmed by the host in writing
3) The reservation data is binding for both contracting parties
4) The reserved rooms are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
5) If a guest does not cancel the contractual services which he had reserved or reserved in advance, he shall be obliged to pay the agreed price in the following amount:
In the case of a cancellation between the 45th and 15th day before the agreed arrival day, 30% of the booked service
In the case of a cancellation between the 14th and 8th day before the agreed arrival day, 60% of the booked service
In case of cancellation from the 7th day before commencement of the trip, in case of non-arrival or early departure, 90% of the booked service
The host is obliged to offer the canceled rooms immediately again for rent.
Cancellation costs are charged by the landlord only for the non-rented days,
6) Payment of the invoice is due at the latest upon departure. The landlord is entitled to demand advance payments or to make interim accounts.
7) The invalidity of individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall not affect the remaining provisions. Instead of an ineffective provision, an effective regulation which is as close as possible to its economic content shall take place. The same applies to any contractual gaps. Correction of errors, in particular of typographical errors and mistakes in written offers, confirmations of Landhaus Edelmann, are reserved. Deviations, side agreements and additional agreements must be recorded in writing.
