Children must be monitored at all times by an adult.

Contact host for prior authorization, if you wish to bring a boat or water craft to the property.
**This property may NOT be suitable for children. There are water hazards- lake, pool, intracoastal waterway.
Guests must sign short term lease agreement when booking reservation.

Cancellation policy: Up to 30 days prior to the reservation full refund less a processing fee of 4%.  29 to 15 days prior to reservation 50% refund less processing fee of 4%.  14 days to reservation date no refund. If authorities close or evacuate the island, nights not spent in property will be refunded. If check-in has not yet occured, in case of island closure or evacuation, full refund will be issued less 3% transaction fee.
