Important Notes Before Booking

Our property is located in a residential neighborhood where local residents live nearby.

We are able to operate thanks to the understanding and cooperation of the community.

We value harmony with our neighbors and therefore do not accept bookings for parties or loud gatherings.

If any complaints arise due to noise or disturbance, we may have to suspend your stay, even during your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

1. Check-In / Basic Info

Check-in: After 16:00

Check-out: By 10:00

No early check-in or late check-out. Cleaning staff may enter if check-out is delayed.

2. House Rules

- All guests must submit ID before check-in

- No extra guests beyond the reservation

- No loud noise at any time

- No pets

- Do not damage or remove furnishings

- No shoes indoors.

- No parties.

- For every 10 minutes of delayed check-out, a fee of JPY 6,000 will be charged.

- No hair dyeing in the bathroom.

- No smoking (including balcony)(including e-cigarettes). A JPY 30,000 cleaning fee applies.

3. During Your Stay

- Please treat the home as your own

- Clean up lightly before check-out (wash dishes, gather trash)

- Sort garbage in provided bags and keep indoors

- Extra cleaning fees may apply if heavily soiled

- No refunds for smell, insects, or other subjective issues

4. About the Natural Environment

- Insects may enter despite prevention efforts

5. Violations & Penalties

- Serious violations (smoking, noise, overcapacity) may incur cleaning or penalty charges

- We may cancel your stay if neighborhood issues occur
