Internet service provided by Charter delivers 60 Mbps with unlimited data and no throttling.

Comfort: Our beds feature 100% cotton white bedding with microfiber duvets, ensuring a fresh, clean experience, along with a blanket and comforter. All mattresses are medium-firm and free of harmful chemicals, complemented by super-comfortable gel pillows and standard pillows. The house is carpet-free, with hardwood floors throughout most areas, tile in the bathroom, and bare concrete in the downstairs game room/heated garage. Blackout curtains on all bedroom windows ensure darkened sleeping areas. An ecobee thermostat controls central heating, and the bedroom includes a ceiling fan. Portable ACs are available upon request at no extra charge with 48-hour notice, along with box fans. A 40-gallon propane water heater provides hot water, and lighting throughout features a warm 2700K temperature.

Outside: The shaded backyard, enveloped by cypress trees, offers a serene, coastal ambiance with lush tranquility. It features a manicured lawn with space for kids to play and dogs to roam, though it is unfenced. The front yard includes pine and deciduous trees, with a picnic table in partial shade for enjoying afternoon tea or evening cocktails. Located approximately two and a half homes back from the beach, the property is just a few hundred feet from the Pebble Beach trail for easy beach access. The ocean can be heard both inside and outside the home. Situated on a spacious 0.35-acre lot, the property offers ample privacy and parking for 8+ vehicles.

Area: Located on the northwest edge of Crescent City in the upscale area of town, the home benefits from the City’s police department for rapid response times, unlike unincorporated county areas. Crescent City, a small but vibrant tourist-driven city, boasts a high number of restaurants and hair salons per capita, rivaling Beverly Hills. While lacking high-end shopping, the area offers excellent dining and services. Local favorites include Tsunami Bowling, reopened after its closure during COVID, and "Preston Island" beach, where bonfires are permitted—a rare treat in California. Pebble Beach, practically in your front yard, is another highlight.

Inside: The first floor features a spacious heated garage with a ping-pong table, football table, refrigerator, and half bathroom with a single-vanity sink. The garage has concrete floors and finished drywall. The main living space is on the second floor, accessible via hardwood stairs with windows overlooking a cypress tree. The open living/kitchen/dining area features tile floors in the kitchen, Corian countertops, real-wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a complimentary Keurig machine with liquid creamer, a dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, electric glass stovetop, microwave, toaster, and full kitchen amenities. Contact us for any additional kitchen needs, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. A large skylight and glass wall facing the ocean maximize natural light and views. The kitchen includes bar seating, and the dining room offers a round table. A telework desk can be set up in the living room upon request to enjoy the ocean view. A full bathroom off the living room features ample counterspace, a single-vanity sink, Corian countertops, and a shower/bath combo with a removable showerhead. The spacious bedroom, located off a hallway for privacy, boasts pitched ceilings, a ceiling fan, hardwood floors, two approximately full-sized daybeds, a king-sized bed, and a desk overlooking the front yard.

Office Space: Ideal for teleworkers, the home offers a telework space in the bedroom, with an optional telework desk in the living room upon request to take advantage of the ocean view.

Conservation: Our home features eco-friendly practices, including LED lighting, minimized plastic waste with bathroom supplies, recycling (guest participation expected), dual-pane windows, and high-quality insulation for energy efficiency.

Parking: There are no parking restrictions, with ample space for 8+ vehicles.

Security: Exterior CCTV ensures the safety of our property, guests, and neighbors.

Laundry Room: The laundry room is shared, occasionally used by our staff for checkouts at other properties. The garage game room and the rest of the house are private.
