Unless otherwise stated in the price offer, the following cancellation conditions apply:

> A free cancellation (minus the transfer fee) is possible...
• up to 7 full days before the arrival date (10pm local time).
• within 24 hours after the booking has been made if it is not less than 3 full days before the arrival date (10 pm local time).

> Refund of the deposit «minus 10% or at least one night (less the transfer costs)», if...
• the cancellation is not less than 2 full days before the arrival date (10pm local time).

> Refund of the deposit «minus 25% or at least two nights (less the transfer costs)», if...
• the cancellation is made no less than 1 full day before the arrival date (10 p.m. local time).

> Cancellations made less than 1 day prior to arrival date (10pm local time), no-shows or shortened stays will not be refunded.

> No show or notice of delay will invalidate your claim to the accommodation after 48 hours of the stated arrival date (10pm local time).

• The required advance payment must be made to confirm your booking.

• Check in time is usually from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. (later times upon request and availability). Earlier check-in is possible when the accommodation is ready.
• For a guaranteed early check-in, please book one night earlier. In this case, you can move into your accommodation from 6 a.m. (please inform us!).
• The tenant takes over the accommodation in a clean condition.
• Cleaning during the stay is done by the tenant. A basic set of devices and cleaning agents is available.
• For stays of 4 or more days, we provide a second set of bed linen and bath towels.
• The final cleaning is carried out by the landlord. The corresponding fee is included in the price or is specifically listed in the booking.
• Additional cleaning by us is possible at an additional cost.
• Check out time is usually between 6 a.m. and 11 a.m. at the latest. Later check out is possible at our discretion and availability.

• The number of people staying in the booked accommodation must not exceed the specified number of guests for whom the booking was made.
• Infants up to 4 years of age who sleep in their parents' bed do not have to be listed in the booking for the number of guests.
• Children and youth from the age of 5 are considered adults and must therefore be included as additional guests.
• Visitors who do not exceed the number of guests booked for the accommodation are allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted in the rooms! Please smoke on the terrace, veranda, balcony or outdoor area.
• Pets are not allowed in this accommodation!
