Cancellation Policy
・Cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show: 100% of the total accommodation fee
・Cancellation one day prior to arrival: 100% of the total accommodation fee
・Cancellation 2 to 10 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total accommodation fee

About Cancellations and Changes to Your Booking
Please be aware that the following cancellation fees will apply to any cancellations or changes to your booking made for your own reasons.

・A cancellation fee of 3.5% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
・If you shorten your stay, you will be charged the cancellation fee for the shortened portion of your reservation, regardless of the number of days shortened.

Please note: In the event that transportation or roads to our facility become impassable due to natural disasters, we may waive the cancellation fee.

Cancellation and Discounts
As stated in our cancellation policy, a 3.5% cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations and date changes made for your own reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

Consecutive Night Stay Discounts
10% off for two-night stays.
15% off for stays of three nights or more.
