Payment: A 25% down payment of the total price is due, via bank transfer, on confirmation of the reservation. The balance of the total price is due at latest 8 weeks prior to arrival and is also payable by bank transfer. If the period between booking and arrival is less than 8 weeks, the total price must be paid immediately. The visitor's tax levied by the municipality is not included in the total price and must be paid on arrival.
Cancellation: Up to 8 weeks prior to the arrival date the booking can be cancelled with no additional costs. Between 8 and 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total price is payable on cancellation. If the stay is cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to arrival, no refunds will be given.
