CANCELLATION POLICY

During the following Christmas / New Year and Easter Peak Seasons ALL reservation payments are non-refundable.
  • 100% refund - A 100% refund will be made for cancellations received 31 days or more prior to your arrival date.  Your deposit is 100% refundable minus taxes and booking fees. 
  • 50% refund - A 50 % refund will be made for cancellations received between 30 days and 21 days before date of arrival, minus taxes and booking fees. 
  • 25% refund - A 25 % refund will be made for cancellations received between 20 days and 14 days before date of arrival, minus taxes and booking fees. 
  • No refund - Cancellations made less than 14 days prior are non-refundable, non-returnable
  • No refund - No-Shows will be charged 100% of the cost of the stay and, if applicable, this will be billed to the bill payers credit or debit card.

BREAKAGE DEPOSIT
We take a $100 breakage deposit (also known as a security deposit or damage deposit) which is refundable at the end of your stay.  This covers the hotel for any damage caused in the rooms or around the hotel.  Guests make this payment at check-in or when making final payments for the accommodation.
