Ocean Sands Resort is an oceanfront resort in Virginia Beach located at 2207 Atlantic Avenue. All rental units at Ocean Sands Virginia Beach Timeshare Resort are Oceanfront and all units at this resort have either an Oceanfront balcony or an Ocean View patio that walks out to the beach/boardwalk. Ocean Sands Resort Timeshare offers the following types of units: 1-bedroom units that sleep 4 or 2-bedroom lockout units that sleep 8 with a kitchen (2 kitchens in the 2br lockout units) and living room. Lockout Units are two units that connect by a door to make one big unit. All 1-bedroom units at Ocean Sands Resort feature a queen bed and a pullout sofa bed. All 2-bedroom lockout units feature 2 queen beds and 2 pullout sofa beds. Every Ocean Sands rental unit includes at least 1 free parking spot! You must be 21 or older to rent at this resort.

If a Renter cannot or does not use the timeshare vacation property as indicated, all funds shall be deemed forfeit and released per the original rental terms. VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. will try its best to get the Virginia Beach timeshare rental week re-rented at the original price and if so, you will receive a full refund (if re-rented at lower price, refund will be for amount the property was re-rented for). There is NO GUARANTEE VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. or any of its employees can re-rent the Virginia Beach timeshare vacation rental week, but we try our very best!

If you are booking less than 60 days before check-in, the full balance for the rental is required. If you are booking more than 60 days before check-in, 50% of the rental is due and balance is due 60 days prior to check-in.
