Hilton Vacation Club Oceanaire Resort is the newest timeshare resort in Virginia Beach and is an oceanfront resort located at 3421 Atlantic Avenue. All units at Oceanaire Resort are either Oceanfront or Ocean View and all units have balconies at this resort. This resort is managed by Hilton Vacation Club. Vacation rentals are available in the following types of units at Oceanaire Resort: 1 bedroom that sleep 4, 2-bedroom lockouts that sleep 8, and 3-bedroom lockouts that sleep 8-10 depending on type of 3-bedroom unit. Lockout Units are 2 or more connecting units. The 1-bedroom units have 1 queen bed and a pullout sofa bed. The 2br. lockout Heron Oceanview units have a 1 queen bed, 2 double beds and a pullout sofa an ocean view balcony. The 2-bedroom Sandpiper Oceanfront units have 1 queen bed, 2 double beds and a pullout sofa bed. 3-bedroom units beds vary by unit type. No daily resort fees when you book a rental through us! 1 free parking spot included. You must be 21 or older to rent at this resort.

If a Renter cannot or does not use the timeshare vacation property as indicated, all funds shall be deemed forfeit and released per the original rental terms. Check-in time for this resort is 4pm and Check-out time is 10am.If you are booking less than 60 days before check-in, the full balance for the rental is required. If you are booking more than 60 days before check-in, 50% of the rental is due and balance is due 60 days prior to check-in.
