Resort will supply starter of toilet paper and unit is fully equipped with plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, etc. All 1st floor units have a patio with an oceanview and all 2nd floor and up units have an oceanfront facing balcony. The 8th Floor is the top floor at this resort. Floors vary by date. When booking you can put in a request but the floor is not guaranteed. Based on your dates, we will contact you to let you know what is available floor wise for your dates and you can choose which floor you would like if multiple floors are available. Otherwise, you will get whatever floor is available at the time of the reservation(the cancellation policy applies even if you want a specific floor and it is not available).
