This is a lockout unit(2 connecting units-1br and a studio). All units either have oceanfront balcony or oceanfront patio.Oceanfront balcony or oceanview patio off the living room. Full kitchen (Convection oven in unit, not normal oven) and kitchenette. Linens included and shower and pool towels also included. 1 parking spot per unit included free in the parking garage connected to the resort. Bring beach towels. Resort will supply starter of toilet paper and unit is fully equipped with plates, cups, silverware, pots and pans, etc. Floors vary by date. Floors available by date listed above, if there is more than 1 floor available for your dates, we will contact you so you can choose which floor you woud like or you will ge whatever floor is available at time of booking(the cancellation policy applies even if you want a specific floor and it is not available). Washer and dryer in Resort on every other floor, no laundry service(you can do laundry as needed with the washers and dryers located in the resort-coin operated laundry).
