*HOUSE
The layout of this house is a 2LDK, comprising a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a Western-style room, a Japanese-style room, a bathroom, and a toilet.

*BEDROOM
Western style room: a double bed
Japanese style room: 2 single beds, 1 set of Japanese mattress(Futon)

The accommodation can host up to 5 guests.

*AMENITIES
We provide a set of bath towels and face towels for each person. Please feel free to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay.

Bath towels, face towels, hair dryer, toothbrushes, combs, cotton puffs, a razor, and body towels.

*KITCHEN
We provide seasonings such as salt, sugar, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave, a rice cooker, pans, pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more.
For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more.

*BBQ
BBQs are permitted between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.  There is a charcoal BBQ grill. We provide a gridiron and tongs, fire starters, and lighter, but please note that you will need to bring your own charcoal and food for your BBQ, and if you desired, bring your own BBQ sauce, skewers, and etc. Please be aware that if it rains or strong wind, the BBQ won't be available.

*PARKING
There is one parking space available on the premises.

SPECIAL NOTE
++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.

++Smoking++
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. There is a designated smoking area on the balcony, and we kindly request that guests only smoke there. Please be aware that if any guest is found smoking inside the building, there will be a charge for the necessary cleaning and recovery.

++No sparklers&fireworks++
The use of sparklers and fireworks is restricted on the premises and in the neighboring areas. However, you can enjoy silent sparklers and fireworks at Jougasaki coast, which is a 15-minute drive away.

++Caution++
If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
