Please contact us until 3 days before the check in date. After 0:00 of 2 days before check in date, you cannot get refunded.
The cancellation request must be confirmed via message / phone call or self-cancellation on the booking system before 0:00 of 2 days before check in date.

・Reservation is accepted from minimum 3 nights
・The guests have to submit the information (name, nationality and address etc) for the accommodation's administration.
・The group of only minours cannot stay.
・Hostel JIN will not refund after 3 day before the check in date.
・NO SMOKING. Smoking inside the property (Rooms including window side and balcony, shared spaces including the terrace, entrance) is prohibited.
・No noise in the night - early morning. (22:00 - 7:00)
・No pets.
・The accommodation is shared with other guests. We may ask you to leave if you bother others too much.
