*Cancellation policy
The cancellation fee will be applied based on the number of days prior to the reservation date as follows:

On the day of the reservation or no show: 100% of the total charge
1 day prior to the reservation: 100% of the total charge
2-3 days prior to the reservation: 80% of the total charge
4-5 days prior to the reservation: 50% of the total charge
6-8 prior to the reservation: 20% of the total charge

The rental villa at Private Resort Kanon offers services and pricing that are designed to align with the manners and morals of our guests. To ensure your safety and comfort, we kindly request that you comply with the following terms and conditions of use. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in a nuisance fee being charged and the cancellation of your accommodation contract, with no refund of the fee.

Ⅰ．How to Use the Villa
• The villa cannot be used if the number of guests exceeds the capacity. Only confirmed guests are permitted to use the villa or the garden. Friends and relatives who have not been confirmed as guests are not allowed to access the premises.
• As per our policy, pets are not allowed to stay in the villa, except for dogs that are specifically permitted to stay with their owners.

Ⅱ．About Our Rental Villa
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building for health, safety, and fire prevention reasons. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated terrace area.
• Taking any facilities or equipment from the villa premises is strictly prohibited, except for the following exempted consumables:
-Amenity set provided in the washroom basket.
• Please report any damage or loss of facilities or equipment during your stay.
• Please refrain from bringing your own barbecue stove for fire safety reasons. However, you have the option to rent barbecue stove available at the facility for a fee.
• Please refrain from entering adjacent private properties or non-public areas and avoid gathering wild vegetables or other items in the neighborhood. There is a possibility that neighboring residents may have cultivated those areas.

Ⅲ．Terms of Use
• Minors are not allowed to stay without adult supervision.
• Please refrain from engaging in activities that may disturb public morals and safety, such as loud singing, playing musical instruments, or engaging in loud conversations. Be considerate of the neighbors and other guests by maintaining a quiet atmosphere, especially after 9:00p.m. There may be permanent residents in the neighborhood who have different schedules or time zones.
• To ensure disaster prevention and prevent noise pollution, the uses of bonfires and fireworks (including small fireworks, firecrackers, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rules may be in immediate eviction from the premises.
• Please separate your trash into recyclable items such as cans, bottles, and PET bottles, and non-recyclable trash. Dispose of them in the designated trash cans provided within the facility.
• If you have any large or bulky items that cannot fit in the regular trash bags, please leave them inside the facility for proper disposal. Do not leave them outside or in public areas.
• Please follow these guidelines when barbecuing or dining outdoors:
• We recommend that you begin preparing for the event no later than 5:00 p.m.
• If you encounter any difficulties while lighting your BBQ stove, please contact us for assistance. Improper use of the stove can lead to accidents.
• To prevent grease stains on the floor, please use a plate or tray to transport grilled food, such as meat, away from the stove.
• Please ensure that no leftover food is left in the garbage, as it may attract wild animals and cause mischief. Properly dispose of any remaining food waste.
• After using utensils and dishes, please wash them thoroughly and return them to their designated places.
• Once the check-out time has passed, our staff will enter the premises for cleaning.
• For security purposes and to prevent any issues, our management staff regularly patrol the building. Please note that security cameras are installed near the entrance area.

Ⅳ．Other items to be observed
• Please thoroughly review and understand the Terms and Use provided.
• Whenever you leave the facility during your stay, please ensure that the door is securely locked behind you.
• Ensure that the door is securely locked, especially when you go to bed or leave the facility. Exercise caution when opening the door to visitors and verify their identity if necessary. If you notice any suspicious activity or individuals, promptly report it to the manager or the local authorities.
• Take precautions to prevent fires, such as extinguishing any open flames before leaving or going to sleep.
• Please note that the management and owners of the villa are not liable for any damage, theft, or accidents that may occur to vehicles or personal belongings of the guests. It is recommended to take necessary precautions and safeguard your belongings.
