*HOUSE
The house layout features a 2LDK design, which includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bath, and 2 toilets. Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen amenities, including the microwave, oven toaster, rice cooker, pots, gas stove, and fridge. Furthermore, there is a laundry machine with a dryer, making it ideal for longer stays.

*BEDROOM
There are 2 bedrooms in this house, and it can accommodate you up to 6 guests.
1F bedroom1: 1 queen bed
1F bedroom2: 3 semi-double beds, and 1 Japanese-style mattress(Futon)

*AMENITIES
We provide the following amenities as standard: 
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, towels, toothbrushes, hair combs, cotton puffs, a razor, and other amenities.

*Note: We provide a set of bath towels and face towels for each person. Please feel free to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay.

*KITCHEN
We provide seasonings such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave, a rice cooker, pans, pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more. For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more.

*BBQ
BBQs are permitted between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. There's a 2500 yen fee to utilize the gas grill for the duration of your stay. You can conveniently make this payment using your credit card by scanning the QR code provided at the accommodation. We offer tongs, a gridiron, and seasonings for your convenience. However, kindly remember to bring your own gas canisters, BBQ sauce if desired, skewers, as well as the food for your BBQ.

Please be aware that if it rains, the BBQ won't be available due to the absence of a roof.  Please refrain from bringing or using any charcoal on these premises. 
Additionally, the exterior lights will automatically turn off at 9:00 PM, so kindly ensure your BBQ activities are wrapped up by that time.

*SHOPPING
There is a grocery store named MaxValue at Atami Taga branch, conveniently located about a 10-minute drive away. We recommend that you consider purchasing any necessary items before your check-in because there are no grocery stores nearby and delivery to the accommodation is not available.

*PARKING
There are two parking spaces available.

*PROJECTOR

You can enjoy streaming services like Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube. If you have a paid subscription, kindly use your personal account, as we don't provide accommodation-specific accounts for these services. Standard broadcast TV channels are not accessible. Furthermore, if you wish to project your own content, you can connect it using an approximately 3-meter long HDMI cable. Kindly replace the fireTV stick with an HDMI terminal and return it after usage.

*WIFI

The Wi-Fi environment is stable with a fixed line, allowing online meetings and video viewing without any inconvenience.

SPECIAL NOTE 
++About noises++
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we kindly ask you to avoid making loud noises outside of the house. You are welcome to use the speaker and enjoy conversations with your group, but please be mindful of the neighbors as well. In the event that the neighbors file a noise complaint, we may need to ask you to vacate the premises. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

++Sparklers&Fireworks++
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. If you do, we might evict all guests from the property.
Please enjoy fireworks at Nagahama Seaside Park, a 15-minute drive away, as long as they are non-sounding.

++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people.
If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know.
In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.

++Smoking++
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. 
Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. 
In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY.

++Caution++
If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
