*HOUSE
The house layout includes 3LDK, which stands for “three rooms, dining room, and the kitchen.” There are one bed room and one modern room at first floor, and one Japanese-style bed room in the second, a bath, a toilet. Feel free to use the microwave, a oven toaster, gas stove, and a fridge.
On the first floor, there is one bedroom and one modern room, and on the second floor, there is one Japanese-style bedroom. It also includes a bathroom and a toilet. You are welcome to use the microwave, oven toaster, gas stove, and refrigerator in the kitchen.
Additionally, there’s a laundry machine and a dryer, making it perfect for your long-term stay.

*BEDROOM

There are three bedrooms in this house, and it can accommodate up to 8 guests. 

1F Bedroom: 1 queen bed
1F Japanese-Western style bedroom: 2 semi-double beds
2F Japanese-style bedroom: 4 single futons

*AMENITIES
We provide the following amenities as standard:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, towels, toothbrushes, hair combs, a hair dryer,  cotton puffs, a razor, and other amenities.

Note: We provide a set of bath towels and face towels for each person. Please feel free to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay.

*KITCHEN
We provide seasonings such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave, a rice cooker, pans, pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more. For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more.

*BBQ
BBQs are allowed between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. There is a 1500 yen fee for using the charcoal grill throughout your stay. We supply salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, oil, tongs, gridiron, fire starters, and a lighter for your convenience. However, please remember to bring your own charcoal and food for the BBQ. If desired, you can also bring your own BBQ sauce, skewers, and other items. You can easily make this payment using your credit card by scanning the QR code provided at the accommodation.

Please be aware that if it rains, the BBQ won't be available due to the absence of a roof. However, you're welcome to bring your own tarp.

*SHOPPING
There is a grocery store named MaxValue Atami Taga branch, conveniently located about a 15-minute drive away. We recommend that you consider purchasing any necessary items before your check-in because there are no grocery stores nearby and delivery to the accommodation is not available.

*PROJECTOR&TV
We provide access to Amazon prime and Netflix, Youtube, and more through our projector.

*PARKING
There is a parking space for up to 2 cars.The size of the parking area is W5.5m x H4.5m.

*WIFI

We provide free WiFi with a very stable speed of 250 to 300Mbps, allowing you to watch movies without any difficulty.

SPECIAL NOTE
++About noises++
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we kindly ask you to avoid making loud noises outside of the house. You are welcome to use the speaker and enjoy conversations with your group, but please be mindful of the neighbors as well. In the event that the neighbors file a noise complaint, we may need to ask you to vacate the premises. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people.
If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know.
In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.

++Smoking++
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. 
Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. 
In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY.

++BBQ++

To maintain a friendly relationship with the local community, we kindly request that BBQs be held between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Please note that BBQs are not allowed when it is raining, as there is no extended roof at the accommodation.

++Sparklers&fireworks++
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.If you do, we might evict all guests from the property.
Please enjoy fireworks at Nagahama Seaside Park, a 15-minute drive away, as long as they are non-sounding.

++Caution++
If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
