*HOUSE
The house layout features a 3LDK design, comprising a living room, dining room, kitchen, three bedrooms on the second floor, a bath, and a toilet. We provide kitchen appliances such as a microwave, toaster, gas stove, and fridge. Feel free to use the kitchen supplies and laundry facilities, making it an ideal option for a long-term stay.

11:11 house can accommodate up to 10 guests.

*AMENITIES
We provide the following amenities as standard: 
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, towels, toothbrushes, hair combs, cotton puffs, a razor, and other amenities.

Note: We provide a set of bath towels and face towels for each person. Please feel free to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay.

*KITCHEN
We provide seasonings such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave, a rice cooker, HI heaters, pans, pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more. For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more. Feel free to use kitchen supplies and laundry facilities, making it ideal for a long-term stay.

*BBQ
Charcoal BBQ grill—1500 yen for your entire stay. BBQs are permitted between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.  We provide salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, oil, tongs, griddles, fire starters and a lighter. However, please bring your own charcoal and food for your BBQ, if desired, please bring your own BBQ sauce, skewers, and etc.

SPECIAL NOTE
++Sparklers&Fireworks++

Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. However, you will be able to enjoy handled fireworks, which do not make loud sounds at the Akazawa coast. It takes approximately 15-minute by car.

++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.
We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests.
If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay.

++Caution++
If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
