The house layout features 4LDK design, which includes a living room, dining room, kitchen, 4 bedrooms, bath, and 2 toilets. Sterilization sets are available in each room.

1F Bedroom1: 1 queen bed, 1 Japanese-style mattress(Futon)
1F Bedroom2: 2 single beds
1F Lounge: 2 Japanese-style mattresses(Futon)
2F 2 Japanese-style rooms: 6 Japanese-style mattresses(Futon)

Note: 
・Queen bed is for 2 people.
・There is no door for the lounge. The t Japanese-style rooms are connected.

*KITCHEN
We provide seasonings such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave, a rice cooker, gas stoves, pans, pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more. For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more. Feel free to use kitchen supplies and laundry facilities, making it ideal for a long-term stay.

*AMENITIES
We provide the following amenities as standard: 
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, towels, toothbrushes, hair combs, cotton puffs, a razor, and other amenities.

Note: We provide a set of bath towels and face towels for each person. Please feel free to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay.

*PAID SERVICE/BBQ
Fireplace(eco smart fire)—1500 yen

Charcoal BBQ grill—1500 yen for your entire stay. We provide salt, pepper, soy sauce, oil, tongs, griddles, fire starters and a lighter. However, please bring your own charcoal and food for the BBQ.

*PARKING
There is parking space available in front of the premises, accommodating up to 8 cars.

SPECIAL NOTE
++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.
We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests.
If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay.

++Smoking++
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. 
Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. 
In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY.

++Sparklers&Fireworks++

Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. However, you will be able to enjoy handled fireworks, which do not make loud sounds at the Lake Ippeki parking lot. It takes approximately 7-minute by walk.

++Caution++
If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
