DEPOSIT: 20% deposit is required to secure your booking. It is non-refundable and paid when creating the reservation online on our website. A reservation is not confirmed until the deposit payment is received.

BALANCE PAYMENT: Once reservation is confirmed, the balance payment is due 60 days prior to the start of the reservation.

All payments are made in Japanese Yen, unless otherwise instructed.

Payments are made using FLYWIRE. This method is cheaper and you obtain competitive exchange rates.

The 20% Deposit and Balance amounts are non-refundable if cancelled after payment has been completed.

NOTE: We enforce this policy without apologies, you should arrange the best travel insurance which covers your entire holiday (flights, accommodation, transfers, sickness)

These rooms represent value accommodation in Hakuba, beautifully finished, warm and spacious. They are a tailored to suit your needs, sleeping two people with ease & enjoying views of the Northern Japanese Alps, providing comfort and the benefit of your own toilet & shower. Our beds are a large single in size (90 cm x 196 cm) & when joined together make the size of a Queen, they are appointed with soft warm bedding and pillows. Rooms can be set up in twin share or double configuration.

Our quad rooms are popular for families and friends. We have two of these rooms and one room (302) is actually 2 rooms with a connecting door so parents in one room and kids in another. The second quad room (206) is a room with an open plan, bunk bed in one part and parents queen bed in the other half of the room. Groups of friend can also book these rooms and have a twin bed configuration.

Japanese room with futon on tatami flooring. This room has a toilet and basin only. For showering guests use the lodge Japanese baths located down the hall. In the month of January you can only check in and out of these rooms on a Saturday.
