*HOUSE
The highlight of the house is beautifully tiled living room where you can enjoy the Oceanview watching Netflix, Prime Video and YouTube on a 100-inch big screen.  If you’re lucky, you might catch a glimpse of the beautiful stars!

The house layout includes 3LDK, which stands for “three rooms, living room, dining room, and kitchen.” There is one bedroom, one Japanese-style bedroom, and one modern bedroom. The house indoor hot spring bath, and an outdoor hot spring bath, and 2 toilets.


Feel free to use  the microwave, small pots, three gas stoves, a fridge, and an electric coffee grinder provided in the open kitchen.

Japanese -Western style bedroom: 1 queen bed, 2 semi-double bed

Bed room: 1 queen bed
Japanese-style bed room: 5 Japanese-style mattress(Futon)

*AMENITIES
We provide the following amenities as standard:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, towels, toothbrushes, hair combs, a hair dryer,  cotton puffs, a razor, and other amenities.

*KTCHEN
We provide seasonings such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave oven, a rice cooker, pans, pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more.

For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more.

*BBQ
There is a charge of 1500 yen to use the charcoal grill for your entire stay. We provide salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, oil, tongs, griddles, fire starters, and a lighter. However, please bring your own charcoal and food for the BBQ, and if desired, please bring your own BBQ sauce, skewers, and etc.

Credit card payment is the only acceptable method, and payment can be made using the laminated QR code located at the accommodation.

To maintain a friendly relationship with the local community, we kindly request that BBQs be held between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. 

*SHOPPING
There is a grocery store named MaxValue Atami branch, conveniently located about a 15-minute drive away. We recommend that you consider purchasing any necessary items before your check-in because there are no grocery stores nearby and delivery to the accommodation is not available.

 *TV&Projector
We provide access to Amazon prime and Netflix, Youtube, and more through our projector, but not terrestrial digital board casting. 

*PARKING
There is a parking space for up to 3 cars.

*Children's facilities and amenities
We have spoons, forks,  eating utensils and one high chair for children.
If you need two high chairs, please contact us.

SPECIAL NOTE
++Sparklers&fireworks++
Do not play sparklers.If you wanna play it, Please go to Nagahama Beach Park It takes about 14 min by car from the property.
If you do, we might evict all you guys from the property.

++About noises++
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we kindly ask you to avoid making loud noises outside of the house. You are welcome to use the speaker and enjoy conversations with your group, but please be mindful of the neighbors as well. In the event that the neighbors file a noise complaint, we may need to ask you to vacate the premises. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know.
In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.
We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests.
If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay.

++Smoking++
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. 
Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. 
In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.

++Caution++
If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you.

++Safety measures for COVID-19++　October 4, 2021
All of our staff have received the COVID-19 vaccination to ensure the safety of our guests.

Effort at facilities:
We have place hand sanitizers and disinfectants in the rooms to provide a safe environment for our guests. We want you to feel reassured during your stay. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

Effort in cleaning:
During the cleaning process, we thoroughly sanitize commonly touched areas such as doorknobs, remote controllers, electrical switches, tables, and spray handles. Our staff members undergo health checks and have their body temperature monitored before starting work. They wear masks at all times and makes sure to open windows for better ventilation while cleaning. If any staff member has a temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius, they are required to take days off. In addition, they must take an extra two days off and can only return to work after making a full recovery.

Please note that our facility is unmanned, which means you will not have any direct contact with our staff during your stay.
