4LDK(4bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bath, and 2 toilets)

The mostly one-story house has only one room on the second floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, an oven toaster, a gas stove, and a refrigerator. The living room and kitchen also have floor heating, making it cozy and comfortable even in the winter season. Additionally, there’s a laundry machine with a dryer, making it perfect for your long-term stay. 

*BEDROOM
There are four bedrooms in this house, and it can accommodate up to 12 guests. Although the house layout only shows space for 10 guests, we can provide 2 futons to make it possible for 12 guests to stay comfortably. A queen bed and a semi-double bed are suitable for two people each.

*AMENITIES
We provide the following amenities as standard: 

shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, towels, toothbrushes, hair combs, cotton puffs, a razor, and other amenities. 

*KITCHEN
We provide seasonings, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil.
Also there are a microwave, a rice cooker, pans, small pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and etc.

For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more. Feel free to use coffee mil, coffee dripper and paper filters.

Credit card payment is the only acceptable method,  and payment can be made using the laminated QR code located at the accommodation.
*Pet Supplies
 toilet seat, litter bags, and wet wipes are provided.

*PET FEE
・There is no fee for up to 2 pets. An additional fee of 4000 yen will be charged for each extra pet. We will send you a payment request after your reservation is confirmed.
・If you have a giant breed, please contact us before making a reservation.
 Please be considerate of your neighbors and avoid making excessive noise.

*SHOPPING
20 mins to a convenience store “mini stop” by walk
5 mins to a grocery store and a drug store by car

*PARKING
There are two parking spaces available on the premises and an additional one street parking spaces in front of the house.

*TV
We provide only Amazon prime, Netflix,  and terrestrial digital board casting.

*Children's facilities and amenities
We have spoons, forks,  eating utensils and one high chair for children.
If you need two high chairs, please contact us.

SPECIAL NOTE

++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.

++Smoking++
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. 
Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. 
In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY. 

++BBQ++
To maintain a friendly relationship with the local community, we kindly request that BBQs be held between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Our BBQ set includes a gas stove and we ask that you refrain from using charcoal due to fire safety concern. 

++Sparklers&fireworks++
Do not play sparklers.If you wanna play it, Please go to Akasawa Kaigan Beach It takes about 15 min by car from the property.
If you do, we might evict all you guys from the property.

++Caution++
If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
