The Hotel may apply a charge for the first night of the total of your reservation at any time.
The guest can cancel at any time, and a penalty of the first night will apply if canceled out of the the times according to the conditions of your reservation.
If the guest does not show up, a penalty of 100% of the reservation will be charged.

• All guests who stay in the accommodation, during their stay, will be subject to this regulation, which is considered a contract of adhesion that must be fulfilled.
• The payment for the room varies according to the policies of your reservation.
• The entry time to the accommodation starts at 03:00 PM.
• The departure time ends at 12:00 PM. They will be provided with a maximum of 60 minutes of tolerance to vacate the cabins, after 60 minutes, the accommodation will have the right to make an extra charge according to the current rate.
• All children must be under adult supervision.
• The accommodation is not responsible for forgotten objects after the end of your stay.
• It is forbidden to remove towels from the accommodation.
• In case of damage or loss of the accommodation property such as towels, sheets, rug, curtain, lamp, or any white, the repair costs range from $300.00 MXN to $2,000 MXN.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms, smoking will only be allowed in designated outdoor smoking areas.
• Guests are free to reuse towels to reduce water and detergent consumption.
• Guests can waive housekeeping for their room (bedding is changed less frequently).
• Deposit toilet paper in the trash can and not in the toilet.
• 70% of the lights in the rooms use LED bulbs (low consumption).
