*HOUSE
It is a 3LDK. Featuring a spacious living room with high ceilings, you can enjoy Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, etc on 120 inch screen. 
You can also enjoy BBQ. If conditions permit,At night, you can see the starry sky if the conditions align. With a laundry machine on-site, our accommodation is perfect for longer stays.

*BEDROOM
The composition of the bedroom and bedding is as follows. The futon is thick and solid, and proper like those used in inns.

Western style room ① → Queen size bed x 1 + 1 funton
Western style room ② → Semi single size bed x 2 + 1 funton
Japanese-style room   → 3 futons

*AMENITIES
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, face towels, toothbrush, comb, cotton, shaver, etc. are available as they would be in hotels.
For pets, we provide pet sheets, manner pack, wet sheets, a lint roller. 

*KITCHEN
Seasonings include salt, sugar, seasoned salt and pepper, and salad oil.
Cooking utensils include a microwave oven, rice cooker, frying pan, small pots, bowls, colander, kitchen knife, cutting board, peeler, grater, ladle, etc.
As for tableware, you can freely use chopsticks, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, large and small plates, bowls, etc.

*Pet Supplies
large crate, toilet seat, litter bags, and wet wipes are provided.

*DOG RUN
The fence surrounding the dog run is approximately 120cm in height.

*PARKING
There is a parking space for 1 passenger cars if your car is standard size car.
We do not take responsibility or liability for some trouble of car.

*To prevent problems, parking on the street is prohibited.
If you are coming with more than 2 cars, please use the pay parking lot at Izu-Kogen Station. (Normally 500 yen/day)

*BBQ
Available from 9:00 to 21:00.
Fee : 1500yen
There is roof though,It's impossible to have a BBQ in case of hard rain because the roof is not huge.
We use gas grills instead of charcoal grills to prevent fires. Please refrain from bringing in and using charcoal grills.

SPECIAL NOTE
++Insects++
The facility is surrounded by nature, and during spring and summer, it is possible for insects to be active and occasionally enter the premises. While we take measures to prevent their entry, it may not be possible to completely eliminate them. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

++Sparklers&fireworks++
Do not play sparklers.If you wanna play it, Please go to Akasawa Kaigan Beach It takes about 15 min by car from the property.
If you do, we might evict all you guys from the property.

++Cleaning for consecutive nights++
Please note that there is no cleaning service provided during your consecutive nights of stay. Cleaning will be conducted only after your check-out.

++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.
We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests.
If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay.

++Smoking++
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building.
Smoking area is limited on the balcony only.
In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY.

++Caution++
If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.

++Safety measures for COVID-19++　October 4, 2021
All of our staff have received the COVID-19 vaccination to ensure the safety of our guests.

Effort at facilities:
We have place hand sanitizers and disinfectants in the rooms to provide a safe environment for our guests. We want you to feel reassured during your stay. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

Effort in cleaning:
During the cleaning process, we thoroughly sanitize commonly touched areas such as doorknobs, remote controllers, electrical switches, tables, and spray handles. Our staff members undergo health checks and have their body temperature monitored before starting work. They wear masks at all times and makes sure to open windows for better ventilation while cleaning. If any staff member has a temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius, they are required to take days off. In addition, they must take an extra two days off and can only return to work after making a full recovery.

Please note that our facility is unmanned, which means you will not have any direct contact with our staff during your stay.
