Terms and Conditions:

- El Rio Y Mar is a separate entity from the transportation businesses like airlines, jeepneys, vans and boats,
thus would not be held liable/responsible for anything related to incidents like cancellation, retiming and fare increase.
- Airline seats, rebooking fees or cancellation depends on prevailing airline policies and procedure.



Force Majeure:

- Some equipment, facilities and activities may be temporarily unavailable due to sea and weather conditions, renovation and repair.

- Cancellation of booking due to Force Majeure is non-refundable.



Cancellation Policy:

- Wash Down or decrease in the original number of rooms reserved/booked will be considered as cancelled and shall be subject to cancellation policy.

- Cancellation must be done in written form and is applicable as per room or per group.

- Fund from the canceled booking will be offset on future bookings within 3 months. (Either the same guests or other guests).


REGULAR SEASON:

Days prior to check-in 16-30 days Cancellation Fee - 30% from the total rate

Days prior to check-in 6-15 days Cancellation Fee - 50% from the total rate

Days prior to check-in 0- 5 days Cancellation Fee -100% non-refundable



PEAK SEASON:

Days prior to check-in 32-60 days Cancellation Fee - 30% from the total rate

Days prior to check-in 16-31 days Cancellation Fee - 50% from the total rate

Days prior to check-in 0-15 days Cancellation Fee -100% non-refundable
