Set in the heart of the farm, Daleys Cottage is a warm and comfortable country stay with sweeping views down the valley. With its wide verandah and spectacular outlook, it’s the perfect place to slow down and take in the rhythm of the land.

Inside, the cottage is spacious and inviting, featuring a full entertaining kitchen with dining area, and a cosy lounge room with open fireplace — ideal for relaxed evenings after a day outdoors.

Step outside to your private yard and cottage garden, or enjoy a meal on the patio with the BBQ overlooking the surrounding paddocks. The cottage is fully equipped with heating and air conditioning, ensuring comfort year-round.

An additional double sofa bed is available for larger groups.

Daleys Cottage is perfect for families or groups wanting an authentic farm stay experience — where kids can roam, explore and just be kids.

Shearers Quarters – Group Accommodation (Sleeps 12)

Set at the heart of the farm, the Shearers Quarters offers a truly unique and quintessentially Australian stay. Once home to travelling shearers, the quarters have been thoughtfully restored to retain their character while providing comfort for modern guests.

Designed for groups, the space centres around a large mess hall with dining table, lounge area and wood fire — a place to gather, share meals, and settle in together after a day on the farm. The quarters feature six bedrooms (three doubles and three twins), comfortably sleeping up to 12 guests.

The large kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking, while the renovated wash house bathrooms offer private shower spaces with a nod to the building’s original form. The quarters are fitted with zoned heating and air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Surrounded by the rolling hills of Kimo, this is a place where kids can roam freely, explore the paddocks, and experience the farm up close.
