*HOUSE
For a large groups, it is possible to book VILLA ATAMI-Maruta- next to Nagomi if there is availability. This allows for up to 14 guests to stay at the same time.

The living room and bedrooms of VILLA ATAMI-Nagomi- are spacious and offer a sense of openness. The house features a 120-inch big screen, which allows guests to enjoy streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video, and Youtube.

The house layout includes a 2LDK design, featuring a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bath, and 2 toilets. Guests are welcome to use the microwave, oven toaster, pots, fridge, and coffee grinder provided in the open kitchen. The host himself choose the coffee beans, so you can enjoy special coffee that has been roasted within the past two weeks.

*BEDROOM

The two bedrooms make it comfortable for a group to share.

Bedroom#1: The bedroom has a chic design with black tiled flooring. There are 1 king bed and 3 semi-double beds.

Bedroom#2: The Japanese-style bedroom has a large window that provides a sense of openness. There are 3 Japanese-style mattress(Futon).

*AMENITIES
We provide the following amenities as standard:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, towels, toothbrushes, hair combs, a hair dryer,  cotton puffs, a razor, and other amenities.

*KITCHEN
We provide seasonings such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave oven, a toaster, a rice cooker, coffee grinder, pans, pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more.

For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more.

*BBQ
BBQs are permitted between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.  There is a small charcoal BBQ grill on the porch that is simple and easy to use. We provide a gridiron and tongs, fire starters, and lighter, but please note that you will need to bring your own charcoal and food for your BBQ, and if you desired, bring your own BBQ sauce, skewers, and etc.

Please be aware that if it rains or strong wind, the BBQ won't be available even though there is a roof at porch. However, you're welcome to bring your own tarp.

*SHOPPING
There is a grocery store named Atami MaxValue, conveniently located about a 6-minute drive away. Since there are no delivery service and no grocery stores nearby the accommodation, we suggest that you consider purchasing any required items before your check-in.

*PROJECTOR
You can enjoy streaming services like Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube on the 42-inch TV in the living room. If you have a paid subscription, kindly use your personal account, as we don't provide accommodation-specific accounts for these services. Standard broadcast TV channels are not  accessible. Furthermore, if you wish to project your own content, you can connect it using an approximately 3-meter long HDMI cable. Kindly replace the fireTV stick with an HDMI terminal and return it after usage.

*WIFI

We provide free WiFi with a very stable speed of 250 to 300Mbps, allowing you to watch movies without any difficulty.

*PARKING
There is a parking space available for one car just one minute from the accommodation. If you require parking for more than two cars, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

SPECIAL NOTE
++Stairs++
Please note that there are approximately 30 stairs leading to the entrance of the house.If you have heavy luggage or physical limitations,  we recommend considering an alternative accommodation option.

++Hot spring++
Please note that in case of heavy rain or other bad weather conditions, as well as ongoing construction work in the area, it may be temporarily impossible to use the host spring.
If the hot spring is not available, 15% of the room charge for the applicable night will be refunded.
(If you cannot use the hot spring only one night out of three nights, 15% of the accommodation fee for one night will be refunded)
Additionally, we will provide a gas water heater so that you can continue to take baths during your stay. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

++Outdoor hot spring bath++

There is a privacy fence, but please wear your bathing suits when you use the outdoor hot spring bath.

++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know.
In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.
We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests.
If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay.

++Smoking++
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. 
Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. 
In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY.

++Sparklers&fireworks++
Do not play sparklers.If you wanna play it, Please go to Atami Sun Beach It takes about 10 min by car from the property.
If you do, we might evict all you guys from the property.

++Caution++
If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
