Cancellation fee will be charged as follows
Same day : 100% of the room charge
7 days prior: 100% of the room charge
No-show/no-arrival without notice: 100% of the room charge

No pets allowed.
Children over 6 years old are charged as adults.
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please note that an extension fee or accommodation charge will be added after this time.
Please note that the room will not be cleaned during your stay if you stay for consecutive nights.
Please note that cleaning service is not provided for consecutive night stays. Amenities and towels are provided twice for stays of two nights or more.

＊Accommodation Tax
In accordance with Fukuoka Prefecture and Fukuoka City ordinances, an accommodation tax will be imposed from April 1, 2020. Please note that when you make a reservation on the Internet, the rate including tax will be displayed.
The tax amount is divided into the following categories per person per night.
If the room rate is less than 20,000 yen, the tax will be 200 yen (150 yen for city tax and 50 yen for prefectural tax).
Accommodation charge of 20,000 yen or more → 500 yen (450 yen for city tax and 50 yen for prefectural tax)
