Cancellation conditions of our establishment:

- The customer can cancel his reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival
- 100% refund D-15 before your arrival
- 0% refund less than 14 days before your arrival

In order to finalize your booking, 20% deposit is required at the time of booking, the balance 80% will be charged automatically 1 month before your arrival.
If you make a reservation less than one month before your arrival date you will be charged the full amount of the rental.

Cancellations of our establishment:

Arrival: between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m., someone will contact you 24 hours before your arrival at the latest, to organize your check in. Early check in: free depending on the availability of the property Late check in: price according to your arrival
time Departure: between 4 a.m. and 10 a.m. Late check out: free until 12 p.m. (depending on the availability of the property) You must respect the maximum number of people authorized and hereby accept all the conditions of the internal regulations located in each accommodation. Deposit: credit card imprint made during your reservation. The latter is not cashed, except in cases of force majeure following deterioration and/or non-compliance with the internal regulations. The exact address of the accommodation will be sent to you by our co-host. Departures will be no later than 10 a.m. (unless given in advance. Cleaning costs, water and electricity charges as well as household linen (except for a 2-night stay), are included in our rates. You will be required to check the condition of the accommodation within 24 hours and notify us (with supporting photo of damaged items). After this time, you will be responsible for any damage, broken items or misuse. A copy of your insurance policy will be requested when you check in, your home insurance covers rental risks, find out from them. You will maintain the rented accommodation during your stay, leaving it in a good state of cleanliness. The cleaning fee paid is in no way a basic cleaning of the accommodation, you will be required to return it at the time agreed with our co-host by emptying the dishwasher, putting away the dishes and cookware, emptying and take out the trash cans and put the sheets and towels (not stained) at the entrance to the accommodation. Additional charges may apply if any of these conditions are not met.In the event of force majeure: water damage, electrical problems or any other problem involving the safety or health of the accommodation, the agent is required to offer a relocation solution including the same services or to upgrade the tenant free of charge. The tenant may be asked for either a full refund of the rental if the latter refuses the rehousing solution.
