"Forest Villa Yugawara"

Near Yugawara station! Japanese-style private villa with a spacious wooden deck overlooking a bamboo grove. You can enjoy hotsprings,  fishing, surfing, flesh seafoods etc in Yugawara.

It takes about 70 minutes from Tokyo to Yugawara by Tokaido Line limited express train. Yugawara is famous for its hot springs and is more local than nearby Hakone and Atami. There are several famous restaurants serving ramen and local fish, and you can also enjoy the classical Japanese scenery and the great nature of the sea, mountains, and rivers.

We rent a Japanese-style villa with a wooden deck, conveniently located just a 7-minute walk from Yugawara Station, where you can relax and forget about your busy daily life.

Enjoy a meal on the wooden deck while gazing at the blue sky, plantings, and bamboo grove, or take your time drinking beer or coffee. On rainy or cold days, relax in the spacious living room with low sofas and Japanese rooms.

There are various stores nearby, including a day spa, a famous Odawara-style ramen store, convenience stores, and supermarkets. The bus stop for Onsenba and Okuyugawara, famous spots of hotsprings is a 3-minute walk away. A bathing beach and a sea fishing spot are also within walking distance.

Although it is an old house and there are a few inconveniences, we have taken steps to prevent infections with antibacterial bedding and tatami mats, multiple air purification systems, and plaster walls made of a natural material that is resistant to viruses.

Internet is a high-speed IPv6 connection. You can comfortably connect multiple devices at the same time, watch videos, play online games, and make video calls. Wireless Wi-Fi is available in every room with no capacity limit.

[Rooms]
We renovated an old Japanese house with a DIY renovation. We have cleaned, disinfected, and ventilated the rooms every time to keep them clean, and have prepared several air purification facilities.

The more consecutive nights and the larger the group, the lower the price per person per night. We hope you will stay with us not only for a family or a small group, but also for a trip to Yugawara with your friends or for a training camp!

[Living room]
A low sofa and a single board-style table allow you to enjoy meals and TV with VOD. The kitchen is connected to the living room by a counter, making it easy to serve food.

[Bedrooms]
- 1st Floor Japanese-style room: Can accommodate up to 3 people. It has a porch overlooking a bamboo grove.
- 2nd floor Japanese-style room: 2 people can sleep in the bed. The mattresses are made of Sealy and Nihon Bed, each of which is different in comfort. Try the mattress that fits your body best!
- 2nd floor Japanese/Western style room: Can accommodate 3 persons. It has a balcony overlooking a bamboo grove.

[Wood deck] : Available from 7:00 to 20:00.
Table and chairs are available for 8 persons. You can also enjoy a simple BBQ using the smokeless roasters (capacity is small, so please use the kitchen if you are using it with more than 4 people per unit). Enjoy your morning coffee or evening drinks in the open air.

[Kitchen]
Although it remains old, you can cook your own meals at the spacious kitchen table.

[Bathrooms and changing rooms]
Since you will be visiting Yugawara, a hot spring resort town, we recommend that you use the nearby day-use hotsprings.

A security camera is installed at the entrance for check-in confirmation and security measures.

[Other special notes]
- There is a train track next door, so there will be noise and vibration from the train throughout the day. We recommend that you close all doors and sashes and bring earplugs when you go to sleep.
- We have received complaints from the landowner about people entering the parking lot next to two and making U-turns. We have informed the police and may face criminal penalties, so please refrain from doing so.
