It is a 3LDK. Featuring a spacious living room with high ceilings, you can enjoy Netflix, Prime Video, YouTube, etc on 100 inch screen.

The composition of the bedroom and bedding is as follows. The futon is thick and solid, and proper like those used in inns.

*AMENITIES
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, face towels, toothbrush, comb, cotton, shaver, etc. are available as they would be in hotels.

*KITCHEN
Seasonings include salt, sugar, seasoned salt and pepper, and salad oil.
Cooking utensils include a microwave oven, rice cooker, frying pan, small pots, bowls, colander, kitchen knife, cutting board, peeler, grater, ladle, etc.
As for tableware, you can freely use chopsticks, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, large and small plates, bowls, etc.

You can watch Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube, etc. on the projector. There is no digital terrestrial broadcasting can be viewed.

There is a parking space for 2 passenger cars if your car is standard size car.
It's possible to park 1 more car along with the road. 
We do not take responsibility or liability for some trouble of car.

*BBQ
We offer a gas grill BBQ, available for use from 9 AM to 9 PM. Please be aware that BBQ won't be available in case of rain or strong winds.Please refrain from bringing in and using charcoal grills.

There is a fee of 1500 yen to use the grill for the entirety of your stay. To make the payment, you can conveniently use your credit card by scanning the QR code provided at the accommodation. We provide condiments such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and oil. However, kindly remember to bring your own gas canisters, if desired, skewers, BBQ sauce as well as the food for your BBQ.

*DOG RUN
The height of the fence around the dog run is 70 to 90cm. Please be cautious to ensure that your dog does not jump over the fence.

SPECIAL NOTE
++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.

++Smorking++
The room is completely non-smoking. Please use the smoking space on the balcony. If smoking is found indoors, we will charge the cost of deodorizing and cleaning.

++Sparklers&fireworks++
Do not play sparklers.If you wanna play it, Please go to Akasawa Kaigan Beach It takes about 15 min by car from the property.
If you do, we might evict all you guys from the property.

++Precautions for use++
If the usage situation is extremely poor, we may charge a separate cleaning fee / compensation for damages. In addition, if an item is damaged or stolen, the full amount will be charged.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.

++Safety measures for COVID-19++　October 4, 2021
All of our staff have received the COVID-19 vaccination to ensure the safety of our guests.

Effort at facilities:
We have place hand sanitizers and disinfectants in the rooms to provide a safe environment for our guests. We want you to feel reassured during your stay. Your cooperation is highly appreciated.

Effort in cleaning:
During the cleaning process, we thoroughly sanitize commonly touched areas such as doorknobs, remote controllers, electrical switches, tables, and spray handles. Our staff members undergo health checks and have their body temperature monitored before starting work. They wear masks at all times and makes sure to open windows for better ventilation while cleaning. If any staff member has a temperature exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius, they are required to take days off. In addition, they must take an extra two days off and can only return to work after making a full recovery.

Please note that our facility is unmanned, which means you will not have any direct contact with our staff during your stay.
