Cancellation Policy

●Cancellations made up to the day before 7 days prior to arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations made 7 days prior to arrival or later will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee.
(Cancellation fees will be charged regardless of the reason, including flight cancellations, natural disasters, and illness.)
No-shows will be charged 100% of the accommodation fee.
If you cancel 7 days or less before the arrival date, 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged in advance.

●Regarding cancellations during the free cancellation period
A refund of the accommodation fee will be processed, and a handling fee of 1,000 yen will be charged. We kindly ask for your understanding.

General Policies

● Available for check-in: 15:00 to 21:00
● Check-out time: 10:00 until
*If check-in time exceeds 21:00, an additional “waiting charge” will be required.
If you contact us in advance and it goes past, a waiting fee of 5,000 yen will be charged after 9:00 p.m. Check-in after 10:00 p.m. will not be accepted for any reason. Please understand.
If you do not contact us, we will deal with the situation as an unapproved cancellation at 21:00.
