Guests will receive a 50% refund if they cancel more than one week before the check-in date. Bookings made within one week of the check-in date are non-refundable. To request a refund, please email us at mangotreevillaphuket@gmail.com Please note that any transaction fees incurred during the refund process will be the responsibility of the guest.

House Rules:

Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is available from 2:00 PM onwards, and checkout should be completed by 12:00 PM.
Pets: No pets are allowed.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties or events are permitted.
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the rooms.
Cleaning: Enjoy a complimentary weekly cleaning service. Additional room cleaning is available for 400 baht.
Additional Rules:

Late Check-in: For check-ins after 10:00 PM, please use our trusted taxi driver who will safely take you to your room at the standard price.
Guests: Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Please inform us if you plan to have visitors.

The pool and beach access is shared between 7 units in total. There are 4 seaview units, and 3 other units in the back without seaview, but the pool is only 10 steps away from them

Long stay discounts are automatically applied in the price!

Weekly (>=7 nights) = 10% discount

Monthly (>=28 nights) = 20% discount

The apartment is situated just a couple steps away from the pool and beach and does not include a balcony with a sea view.
