Family room
In the hotel there are 3 family rooms. One room is on the first floor (room 1) and two rooms are on the second floor (room 9 and room 10).
In the room 1 all the beds are on the same level. 
In the room 9 and 10 two twin beds are on the mezzanine. 

The reservation system assigns the rooms automatically, you can not chose the type. 

If you wish to book the room with or without mezzanine there are two options:
- place the reservation and verify the room type in the email you receive,
- hit reply and answer this email with the suggested changes, for example "request a switch to family room with Mezzanine",
- if the change is possible, we will reply when the change has been processed. If there is no reply, this is because the cahnge is not possible due to other reservations.

To make a reservation at Les Tilleuls, we've streamlined the process into three simple steps:

  1. Select your room
    Choose your desired room from our available options. If you wish to book multiple rooms in one reservation, simply toggle the "Book Multiple" option. Select the rooms you prefer and indicate the number of adults and children occupying each room.

  2. Enter your details and add extras
    On this page, you'll provide your personal information and have the opportunity to add any extras to enhance your stay, such as dinner reservations or a baby bed. Review the reservation details displayed, including the room type, dates, and final price, to ensure everything is correct.

  3. Make the payment to confirm the reservation
    To secure your reservation, we require payment for the first night. Keep your credit card handy for this step. If you decide to quit the process at this point, your reservation will be marked as "Request," and the room will be temporarily blocked for you under the following conditions:

  • 1 hour if the arrival date is the same day
  • 4 hours if the arrival is within one week
  • 2 days if the arrival is more than one week away
You will receive a reminder email containing the payment link, allowing you ample time to make a decision about your stay. You can complete the payment during the specified period to confirm your reservation. Otherwise, if no payment is made, the reservation will be automatically cancel
