*HOUSE
Floor plan: 2LDK (living / dining room, kitchen, bedroom (Western-style room, Japanese-Western style room), bath, toilet x 2).
Open kitchen: microwave oven, toaster oven, kettle, two-burner gas stove, refrigerator. There is also a washing machine, so it is also ideal for long-term stays.

*BEDROOM
The composition of the bedroom and bedding is as follows.
Western-style room → 2 semi-double beds, 2 futon
Japanese-Western style room → 1 double bed, 1 futon

*AMENITIES
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, face towels, toothbrush, comb, cotton, shaver, etc. are available as they would be in hotels.

*KITCHEN
Seasonings include salt, sugar, soy-source and salad oil.
Cooking utensils include a microwave oven, rice cooker, frying pan, small pots, bowls, colander, kitchen knife, cutting board, peeler, grater, ladle, etc.
As for tableware, you can freely use chopsticks, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, large and small plates, bowls, etc.

*HOT SPRING
Available for Hot-Spring only following time.
Friday to Monday 6 am ～ 12 am
Tuesday to Thursday 3 pm to 12 am

※Hot water is available all day.

*PARKING
There is parking space available for 2 cars in front of the premises. For more details, please refer to the house manual.

*BBQ
BBQs are allowed between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. There is a 1500 yen fee for using the charcoal grill throughout your stay. We supply salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, oil, tongs, gridiron, fire starters, and a lighter for your convenience. However, please remember to bring your own charcoal and food for the BBQ. If desired, you can also bring your own BBQ sauce, skewers, and other items. You can easily make this payment using your credit card by scanning the QR code provided at the accommodation.

SPECIAL NOTE
++Sparklers&Fireworks++

Fireworks are not allowed on the premises. However, you will be able to enjoy handled fireworks, which do not make loud sounds at Akazawa Beach. It takes approximately 15-minute by car.

++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.

++Smoking++
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. 
Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. 
In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY.

++Caution++
If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
