Before Booking

* The bedding consists of a queen-size bed, a sofa bed, and Japanese futons for the living room. Please check the floor plan and let us know in advance your preference for sleeping arrangements.
* In the case of families with children, we can accommodate up to four people. Please inquire.
* Please be aware that the living room and bedroom are connected in an open floor plan. The total floor area is 36 square meters.
* The stairs are quite steep and therefore the hotel is unsuitable for elderly or physically impaired guests.
* The house is located at the center of a lively entertainment district. Groups of people can sometimes be heard on the street outside from around 9 PM until around midnight or later. The house has double windows and disposable earplugs are provided in case it is unusually noisy. Be note that light sleepers may be disturbed.
* The second floor is accessible through a separate entrance from the cafe that is equipped with an electronic lock.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payment will be made on the day of check-in by online payment service Stripe via beds24 to the credit card entered on the next page.
In case of cancellation, a cancellation fee will be charged according to the following cancellation policy by the originally scheduled check-in date.

*After the day before check-in: 100%
*7 days or more prior to stay: 80%
*21 days or more prior to stay: 50%
*30 days or more prior to stay: 30%
*42 days or more prior to stay: 10%
*In the event of a natural disaster in Tokyo, severe damage to the facilities caused by accident, or other extenuating circumstances that preclude our ability to provide accommodation, your deposit will be returned in full.
