Refund & Cancellation Policies

***Green and High Season (Jan 2 - Dec 23):***
-Cancellations with notice 23 days or more prior to the expected date of arrival will be reimbursed 100%.
-Cancellations 22 - 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 25%.
-Cancellations 14 - 7 days or less prior to arrival will be charged 50%.
-Any cancellation with notice less than 7 days prior to the expected date of arrival will not be reimbursed.

***Peak Season (Christmas and New year eve):***
-Any cancellation will be charged 25%.
-Cancellations 22 - 15 days prior to arrival will be charged 50%.
-Any cancellation 14 days or less prior to the expected date of arrival will not be reimbursed.
