To cancel the reservation, the guest must send an email to xbulu.ha@gmail.com, requesting the cancellation and including the reservation number.

- Free cancellation up to 5 days from check in. The hotel will refund through PayPal to the reservation email account. If you want the refund in another PayPal account, please specify it in the cancellation email. The amount to be reimbursed is the rate of the first night minus 6 USD for Low season and 9 USD for both Summer and also High Season.
- Cancellation 4 days or less from the arrival date, made with the PayPal option: No refund applies.

NO-SHOW
The guest who does not appear at the hotel on the arrival date and the reservation is for 2 or more days, then all other days will be canceled and there will be no refund.

- Only registered guests in the hotel can use the rooms and suites. Avoid extra charges, lost items and/or problems with the authority.
- Use the safe box to put your valuables
- In case of total or partial cancellation, the regular rate will be applied and all previous agreements are nullified.
- As a courtesy for the next guest, please do not smoke inside of the rooms and suites.
- It is not allow any kind of drugs inside the hotel, rooms and suites. In Mexico this is consider jail penalty.
- The towels are only for hotel guests and it is forbidden take out from the hotel. The charge for taking out a towel from the hotel is $100 pesos and for stolen towel is $200 pesos.
- A charge of $200 pesos will be applied for each towel and/or sheet stained with blood, ink, make-up, gum, food, etc.
- In Mexico the toilet paper is not biodegradable; please throw the toilet paper in the trash.
- The guest who misuses any items from the rooms, suite or hotel (furniture, sheets, towels, remote control, keys, TV, refrigerator, microwave, lamps, mirror, etc.) must pay for the repair and replacement. Otherwise the authority will be called.
- For environmental reasons, please turn off A/C and lights. before leaving the room or suite.
- Removing the pin and key from keychain has a charge of $200 pesos.
- The check out is at 11:00 hrs. Avoid extra charges
