CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Non-refundable rate:
If the tenant cancels the reservation, it is not refunded and the landlord keeps the entire amount of the stay, except for the cleaning costs and the tourist city tax.

- Flexible rate - Refundable up to 4 days before arrival:
If the tenant cancels the reservation up to 4 days before the date of arrival, he is fully refunded the amount of the stay within 7 days by bank transfer.
If the tenant cancels the reservation within 4 days prior to the date of arrival, it is not refunded and the landlord keeps the full amount of the stay, except for the cleaning fee and the tourist city tax.

If it is the landlord who cancels the stay 7 days before arrival, the tenant will be reimbursed in full with a compensation of 30% of the price of the stay, excluding cleaning costs and tourist city tax.

If the landlord cancels the stay up to 7 days before the arrival of the tenant the tenant will be reimbursed in full without compensation.

GENERAL POLICY:

- NON-SMOKING APARTMENT The entire deposit will be retained if the apartment smells of cigarette smoke or other substances
- Parties not allowed.
- The Tenant undertakes to respect the tranquility of the neighbourhood, especially between 10pm and 8am
- Dishes must be done before departure
- Garbage must be taken out before departure
- The arrival of third parties is prohibited
- Professional use of the premises is prohibited
- Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited
- A deposit of 400€ is required
