Payment & Cancellation
You can cancel your booking free of charge within 24 hours of making the reservation.
After 24 hours have passed, the accommodation has the right to charge your card with 50% of the total booking amount. If the cancellation is made before the 60th day prior to the start of the booking, you will be charged a 10% cancellation fee and the remaining amount will be refunded to you.
Cancellation Policy:
• Up to the 60th day before arrival: 10% cancellation fee of the total accommodation price.
• From the 59th to the 30th day before arrival: 50% cancellation fee.
• From the 29th day until the day of arrival or in case of a no-show: 100% cancellation fee.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance (RRKV).
Processing fees are non-refundable.
