Fabulous villa with private heated swimming pool
Designed in a warm and contemporary style, this one-story villa is a perfect place for families with children, elderly people, groups of friends and golf lovers.
Built in L-shape with 3 bedrooms on one side and a large living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen on the other side. In between lies a private garden with a natural grass and heated outdoor swimming pool (6×3 meters). The area is wheelchair accessible.
The 3 bedrooms are very spacious. Each bedroom has a bathrooms, separated from the toilet room. In addition there is a jacuzzi in the master bedroom. The bedrooms are air-conditioned with separate a/c units. An extra comfort queen size bed (180×200 cm) and a sofa bed (80×200 cm) occupy each bedroom.
The maximum sleeping capacity is 9 adults.

Booking and cancellation policy
To secure the booking a deposit of €300 is to be paid withing the following 7 days. The rest of the booking amount is to be paid up to 14 days before the guests' arrival. In the event of cancellation up to 14 days before the guests' arrival, the €300 deposit is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation less than 14 days before the guests' arrival or no-show, the 100% booking amount is non-refundable.Click here to see the house rules
