IORI SHIROYAMA is located on a hill overlooking Takayama and is a vila of traditional Japanese architecture. This is one of the highest grade vacation rental houses in Takayama. Only one group per night.
At the foot of the nature-rich Shiroyama Park, you can fully enjoy the seasonal scenery of Hida. In the large Japanese garden, you may be lucky enough to see such as antelope and ducks. The accommodation is only for one group per day, and we are happy to provide a private space for groups such as friends and family of three generations.

We have created a peaceful and high quality space using natural materials and traditional Hida crafts. The living room opens onto an open terrace with a view of the mountains in the distance and you can relac enjoying a sunset. We offer you a luxurious and extraordinary moment to talk with a glass of drink in your hand.
After detoxifying in the sauna, enjoy a retreat to shed your daily fatigue in the bathroom with large windows and open air bath where you can enjoy a sense of being part of nature.

There is a hiking trail behind the house, locals enjoy a morning walk. It is also close to the old town and the morning market, making it convenient for sightseeing. A free shuttle service is available from Takayama Station.

For breakfast, we will deliver to your house an authentic Japanese breakfast featuring Hida ingredients and other seasonal ingredients.

Dinner plan is available for only IORI STAY guests, dinner will be delivered to your townhouse.Three types of authentic Japanese set menus are prepared by our chef who was trained at a famous kaiseki restaurant in Kyoto and Kakusho, one of the most prestigious traditional restaurants in Takayama.
This is a private dining experience, so couples, families, and friends can enjoy it safely and comfortably.

*Yellowtail Shabu-shabu Set can be reserved for 2 people or more (same applies if you wish to change from another menu). In addition, depending on the purchase situation, the contents of the menu may change.
*it changes from Yellowtail to sea bream shabu-shabu from June to August.

We offer “anniversary plan” to make your special day more comfortable, safer, and more special.
We will prepare our guests a complimentary whole cake and a bottle of sparkling sake (720ml).
