Cancellation and No Show Policy

A booking reservation(s) can be cancelled free of charge up until the due date of the contracted final payment.

• In the case of premature withdrawal from an accommodation contract by the guest, the full cancellation cost(s) will be charged for:
reservations of all rooms exclusively and/or group reservations as of eight people or more; up to 90 days before arrivals and no later than October 31st (for winter reservations) or April 30th (for summer reservations).
all other reservations up to 30 days before arrival.

• Up until the due date of the contracted final payment, the accommodation provider may as well withdraw from the accommodation contract free of charge. Subsequently and in failing to accommodate the guest(s), the provider is obligated to book the guest’s accommodation in a lodging of equal standard.

• In the event of a no-show from the guest, he/she will be responsible for payment of the entire fee due to the accommodation provider.

General room-rental terms and conditions in the Mountain-Restaurant and Hotel Alpenblick

1. Contract
The accommodation contract between the guest and Blick in die Alpen Gastro AG (accommodation provider) is concluded when the guest, after his/her booking (done online, by telephone, through an email, etc.), has received a detailed reservation confirmation from the accommodation provider, followed by the deposit payment due from the guest.
The booked room(s) are confirmed with completion of the contract to which the guest must accept the stated general terms and conditions.

2. Payment
The price for booked arrangement is due before arrival and is to be paid as follows:
50% within 10 days after the date of the reservation confirmation

the remaining payment:
reservations of all rooms exclusively and/or group reservations as of eight people or more; up to 90 days before arrivals and no later than October 31st (for winter reservations) or April 30th (for summer reservations)
for all other reservations up to 30 days before arrival.

The payments are to be transferred to the account of the accommodation provider (Blick in die Alpen Gastro AG, 7050 Arosa Graubündner Kantonalbank, 7050 Arosa, IBAN: CH83 0077 4010 4041 9510 1 / SWIFT: GRKBCH2270A).

3. Option on the booked arrangement
After reservations, the accommodation provider offers to hold your reserved rooms up to 10 days. This means that the booked room(s) will be blocked during this time and will not be offered to other guests. However, the accommodation provider has the right to cancel the block on the room(s) and release it/them for further rental if no accommodation contract is completed during this time.

4. Occupied Rooms
The booked rooms must be occupied by the number of people that are stated and confirmed on the reservation. In the event that more people arrive than are confirmed, under no circumstances is the accommodation provider required to provide the unconfirmed people with a room or a place to sleep. Likewise, if the guest arrives with fewer people than booked, he/she still owes the entire arrangement fee according to the reservation confirmation.
If the guest books all rooms exclusively, he/she can make use of the rooms as needed. The maximum accommodation capacity in the Mountain-Restaurant and Hotel Alpenblick is 30 people.

5. Meals
Half-board is included in the arrangement (three-course-dinner and breakfast). Special requests can be taken into account, for a surcharge, if communicated at least one week before arrival.
For guests who book all rooms exclusively, breakfast is included. The costs of dinner will be charged according to the number of present dinner guests.

6. Withdrawal from the accommodation contract
In the case of premature withdrawal from an accommodation contract by the guest, the following costs will be charged:
A booking reservation(s) can be cancelled, free of charge, up until the due date of the contracted final payment after which the entire arrangement is due.
Up until the due date of the contracted final payment, the accommodation provider may as well withdraw from the accommodation contract free of charge. Subsequently and in failing to accommodate the guest(s), the provider is obligated to book the guest’s accommodation in a lodging of equal standard.
In the event of a no-show from the guest, he/she will be responsible for payment of the entire fee due to the accommodation provider. We want to stress the fact that access to Alpenblick is limited, especially in winter months. Therefore we recommend to obtain a travel insurance.

7. Liability of the accommodation provider
The accommodation provider is responsible to the guest for the contractual provision of the agreed service(s) according to the advertisement (website) and reservation confirmation, whereby any liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

8. Pets
Pets are permitted on request.

9. Smoking
Smoking indoors in the Mountain-Restaurant and Hotel Alpenblick is not permitted.

10. Internet
The accommodation provider provides guests with free internet access.
Using the internet under a false identity, visiting illegal sites or downloading illegal content is prohibited under Swiss law.

11. Valuables
The accommodation provider assumes no liability for loss or damage to the guest's personal belongings.

12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law is solely applicable. In case of disputes in connection with Alpenblick’s accommodation contract, place of jurisdiction is Chur.
