* All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card. The same card must be presented at the time of Check-In.
The Credit Card will be charged on the time of booking, or within a certain period prior to arrival, as set by the type of booking offer.
* Ampersand Resort reserves the right to cancel or modify any bookings where it appears the guest has engaged in identity misappropriation or misrepresentation, fraud, or malice.
* Rates are charged in Thai Baht. All currency conversions provided are for guideline purposes only and may differ subject to exchange rate daily variations from the amount actually charged by your credit card provider at the time of payment.
* Extra person charges may apply to children over the age of 10, who are considered adults.
* Children under 10 years old stay free of charge when using existing beds. A complimentary child's breakfast is included in room rate. A baby cot for one child is provided upon request free of charge.
* Extra person's breakfast is charged at 550Thai Baht.
* Check-in Time = 14:00 local time.
* Check-out Time = 12:00 local time.
* Pets are not allowed in the hotel.
* Smoking is not allowed in the hotel, except in designated locations. Violation may incur a fine of 2,000 Thai Baht cleaning fee.
* Swimming pools do not have a lifeguard on duty. Children must be accompanied and supervised at all times for their safety.
