Karlsson offers space for four people (there is a double bed and a bunk bed in the bedroom) and therefore enough space for the whole family or a group of friends.

Karlsson is located on the edge of Auszeit 27, so you are surrounded by nature. From the large sun terrace, you can look out over the fields and the dyke and enjoy the setting sun, for example.

The house has a full bathroom with hot shower and WC. There is also a kitchen with cooker, sink and fridge.

You have access to the dyke with its promenade and the beach directly in front of your house. You can also use all the amenities of the campsite, such as the outdoor kitchen, barbecue, hammocks, etc.

We charge a one-off fee of €110 for the final cleaning including bed linen.

One dog is allowed in Karlsson.

By the way: if you are interested in a Tiny House, we can arrange a Solido House (the manufacturer of Mia) for you. Please let us know. If you end up buying one, we can reimburse you for up to 2 nights as a trial stay.

In the summer months we have a minimum stay of 5 nights. If you would like to stay with us for a shorter period, please contact us. In some cases, a shorter stay may also be possible.
