House Rules
- SAVE ENERGY - When you leave the place, please turn off the lights and air conditioner.
- NO LOUD GATHERINGS / PARTIES: The property is located in a quiet residential area. Please be considerate to the neighbors and KEEP YOUR VOLUME DOWN, especially AFTER 9PM.If we receive complaints from the neighbors, we will have to ask you to leave, regardless of whether you have other accommodation arrangements.
- Please take off your shoes at the entrance before entering.
- Please do not flush anything else other than toilet paper. In particular, do not flush tissue paper or plastics, as it may clog or damage the toilet pipes.
- Japan is renowned for its safety, but sadly just like anywhere else there can be crime.For your safety, please lock the door when you are inside, and close the windows when you leave. We cannot be responsible or liable for any personal injuries, or the loss of your personal belongings and valuables.
- Feel free to use the cooking utensils, kitchenware, glassware, pots, and pans. We ask that you clean the dishes and place everything back in its original location before you leave.
- You are welcome to use the amenities (coffee, detergent, etc.), but please use it within reason so that other guests may enjoy it as well.
- The towels provided are only to be used during your stay at the property, please do not take them out or take them home with you.We will charge you ￥1000 per towel that has gone missing.
- Smoking is not allowed at the property. You will be charged ￥30,000 if we smell cigarettes in the room.
- Please declare pax correctly and do not use beddings and towels more than pax. If we find signs of breach, we will charge $50(USD) for one pax / per night.
- For those using the tennis court, please bring your own equipment and kindly sweep the court after use.

Use of Pool and Sauna
- Regarding foreign objects in the pool and damage to sauna facilities:
- Guests are kindly requested to use the pool and sauna facilities appropriately and refrain from introducing foreign objects into the pool or causing damage to the equipment.
- In the event of a violation, additional charges may apply.

Check Out
- PLEASE DO NOT TAKE OUR EQUIPMENT HOME. We will have to charge you accordingly for anything that goes missing
- Please thoroughly check your belongings before leaving, we’re afraid we will have to get rid of anything you’ve left behind.

Compensation for Damages During Business Suspension:
If the operation of the facility is temporarily suspended due to actions by the guests, the following compensation for damages may apply:
- Full or partial compensation of accommodation fees and reservation fees during the period of business suspension may be possible.
- If repair and maintenance costs are incurred for the resumption of operations, guests may be billed for the related expenses.

In case of guest violations of house rules, damages and costs incurred may be compensated using the payment information provided by the guest.
Details regarding compensation for accommodation fees and reservation fees during business suspension will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation Policy
Partially refundable up to 14 days before arrival
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the total price after reservation and if cancellations do occur refunds will be processed according to the cancel policy.
Payments are only accepted via Credit card.
