House Rules and Penalties Requested by ffosaka for Guests

【The entire building is non-smoking. This includes hallways and staircases.】
【Pets are not permitted on the premises (including accompanying pets or those in cages).】 Unregistered service animals will also be strictly addressed.
【Kimchi dishes may prevent the next guest from using the kitchen if ventilation is insufficient.】 Actual costs will be charged.
【Outside shoes are strictly prohibited. Please change into the provided slippers.】
【Events and parties are not permitted.】
【Intentional soiling of sheets (especially bloodstains or cigarette burn marks) will incur charges.】

【Regarding Smoking】
● Smoking cigarettes, cigars, chewing tobacco, and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in all rooms, hallways, and staircases. Per regulations effective April 1, 2020, the entire building is non-smoking. Smoking in indoor toilets is strictly prohibited as it may cause fire alarm malfunctions. Balconies are inaccessible except during emergencies for safety reasons and cannot be used as smoking areas. Please understand. Smoking in hallways and stairwells is also prohibited. Security cameras are in operation.

【Regarding Bringing Pets (Animals)】
● Pets are not permitted in the building or brought onto the premises (including accompanying guests or in cages). Unauthorized service animals will also be strictly addressed. While some booking sites may state policies allowing unreported entry, our facility prioritizes the feelings and concerns of guests with animal allergies. While we can provide extra thorough cleaning after checkout if you notify us and we grant special permission, discovering an unreported animal later prevents us from maintaining the minimum service of providing a comfortable space for other guests. Accommodating guests with disabilities does not take precedence over accommodating guests with allergies. We treat all guests equally. However, unreported animals will be strictly prohibited. Furthermore, due to the extended cleaning time required, there may be delays in preparing the room for the next guest. We ask that you understand these facts before deciding to bring a service animal to the hotel.

【Request for Tidiness】
● Please wash all used dishes.
Many guests leave dishes unwashed, soaking, or piled up. Please do not leave dishes on the table.
● Please cooperate with waste separation.
Separate food waste/general trash from bottles/cans. Please also dispose of any leftovers in the refrigerator.
● Bedding Organization
Please fold the duvet neatly. Bedding left in disarray after sleeping can be unsettling for staff, who may feel uncomfortable looking at it.
● Towel Organization
Please place all towels in the laundry basket.

【Regarding Lingering Odors】
● We prohibit bringing in extremely pungent items that cause general disgust. While we do not impose specific restrictions on kitchen use, cooking, or meal preparation, we have observed instances where inconsiderate guests fail to use the exhaust fan or provide adequate ventilation. This results in strong odors lingering in the room after their stay, rendering it unavailable for the next guest. Regardless of intent, negligence, or cultural differences in food practices, if a strong odor significantly different from the pre-use state remains, we regretfully must charge the fees specified below. If concerned, please consult us beforehand or purchase and bring a strong deodorizer from a home improvement store for use. Window locks can be loaned if needed. Regarding other hazardous substances, tablets, or powders violating laws or regulations, we will contact the relevant authorities upon discovery.

【Permitted Parties】
● Commercial use for events, parties, photo shoots, matchmaking gatherings, etc., is prohibited. However, prior consultation may result in permission within reasonable limits. Please consult us beforehand to request permission. Even for personal use not involving commercial purposes, repeated or ongoing violations, or behavior that deviates from common sense for personal use and causes significant disturbance to other guests may result in immediate termination of use and an order to vacate the premises. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. Regarding overnight meetups organized via SNS, past incidents have led to misunderstandings. We are always proactive in seeking solutions, so please contact us in advance for consultation. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs with your understanding. Please note that birthday parties, girls' gatherings, and group celebrations among friends are most welcome. Enjoy yourselves fully, provided it does not become excessively noisy. If you plan to hold a takoyaki party, we also offer equipment rentals; please consult us in advance.

【Regarding Changes in Number of Guests】
● If the number of guests increases, please notify us in advance and obtain permission. In emergencies, obtain permission by phone. Unauthorized increases in the number of guests entering the premises will incur a charge of three times the standard rate. The same applies to increases during your stay (except for childbirth). We understand you may have acquaintances visit or host home parties with guests. Please note that staying past 8:00 PM or using bedding (beds/sheets) is considered an overnight stay. Furthermore, all entries and exits to each room are recorded and tracked by our computer system. We wish to inform you in advance that all unreasonable entries and exits over extended periods, such as until dawn, will be recorded and may be reviewed and billed as necessary. Most guests retire for the night. While we understand various circumstances may require late-night arrivals, returns, or early morning departures, we earnestly request guests extend unseen consideration to one another.

Cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days prior to the date of use.
After 7 days, 100% cancellation fee will be charged, including non-delivery.
